Bree is a sound practitioner and space holder devoted to the remembrance of who we are beneath the noise.
Through intentional sound, frequency, and vibrational healing, she guides the body out of chronic overdrive and into parasympathetic restoration, where the nervous system softens, the mind quiets, and brainwave activity shifts toward meditative theta states. In this liminal space between waking and dreaming, the body recalibrates, the subconscious opens, and deep healing becomes available.
In a world conditioned by urgency, productivity, and constant achievement, Bree creates spaces devoted to presence. Spaces where nothing is required of you. Where there is no striving, no performing, no fixing. Only being.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that sound is not merely heard, it is felt. It moves through tissue, water, memory, and energy. It gently unwinds stored tension, regulates the nervous system, and invites the body back into coherence and safety.
For over nine years, Bree has walked her own path of healing, tending to ancestral imprints, unraveling inherited patterns, and navigating her personal journey through anxiety and depression. Through this initiation, she discovered that suffering was not a life sentence, but an invitation into deeper self-intimacy and reclamation.
Her journey has been one of shedding layers and returning home to her essence. Of remembering that we are not just bodies moving through a busy world, but consciousness embodied, souls here to experience, to feel, to awaken.
Bree is devoted to guiding women back to their inner sanctuary, to reconnect with their intuition, their softness, their power, and their truth. Through sound, stillness, and sacred gathering, she holds spaces where women can exhale, be witnessed, and radiate from the depth of their own being.
